Favours with your names, your colours, your date

Six to eight weeks is comfortable for orders up to 200. For 200-500 favours we recommend ten weeks. We can sometimes turn smaller orders around in three weeks; email hello@vividdelights.co.uk first so we can confirm capacity for your date.

Yes. We hold eight grosgrain colours as standard (ivory, blush, sage, lilac, gold, baby blue, red, black). For specialist colours, send us a Pantone reference or post us a swatch and we will source it. Allow an extra two weeks for non-standard ribbon.

You have two options. Option one is a single design across every favour with your names and date — most couples choose this. Option two is one design per table, with the table name or number printed on. Place cards (one favour per guest with the guest name) is on a per-quote basis as it adds significant artwork time.

Wedding favours start at 25 jars, 30 cones, or 25 fudge favour boxes. Volume pricing kicks in at 50, 100, and 200+ units. There is no upper limit.

Sweet jars start at £19.95 per jar (970ml, hand-filled, personalised label). Sweet cones start at £3.95 per cone. Fudge favour boxes (4 pieces, kraft, personalised lid) start at £6.95. Yes — we post first-class for free on bulk favour orders, arriving the working week before the wedding. For Essex postcodes (CM, RM, SS) we can hand-deliver to the venue or to a coordinator within 48 hours of dispatch. Tell us the venue address and date at checkout.

We pack jars individually in protective sleeves inside double-walled boxes. Damage is rare. If anything arrives broken, photograph it and email us within 48 hours — we replace it free of charge from our overstock buffer (we make 5% over your order to cover this).

Most of our pick & mix is vegetarian, with a strong vegan range (Bubs, Candycrave, Vidal, Kingsway). For weddings we can build a fully vegan jar on request. Our kitchen handles nuts in the fudge range; if you have severe allergies in the wedding party, email us and we will build a clean batch on a separate run.

Yes. The simplest pattern is a small alternative run: 10-20 fully-vegan jars at the bulk price, marked clearly so you can place them at specific seats. Mention it in the enquiry notes and we will quote it together.

Yes — same jars, smaller quantities, often as a single design. Save-the-dates work well as the small (500ml) personalised jar with the wedding date on the label. We can match the design to the main wedding favours so guests recognise the through-line on the day.
