Vivid Delights is a brand of Vivid Intelligence Ltd. We respect your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are under UK GDPR.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping address, and payment details (processed by Stripe, never stored on our servers). When you sign up to our journal, we collect only your email address, only if you explicitly tick the consent box.

Why we collect it

Solely to fulfil your order, send you confirmation and dispatch emails, and where you have opted in, to send you the monthly journal.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), Royal Mail (shipping labels), Postmark (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Supabase (database). We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of the data we hold on you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@vividdelights.co.uk and we will respond within one working day. Marketing email can be unsubscribed with one click at the bottom of every email.
