Ordering

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Prices are in GBP inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order via Stripe. Corporate invoicing is available on accounts over £500.00 by prior agreement.

Delivery

We post within the UK only. Dispatch times are described on the delivery and returns page. Delivery dates are estimates. Getting your order to you is our responsibility until it reaches you or someone you have named to receive it.

Returns and replacements

Our returns and refunds policy sets out what happens if an order arrives damaged, wrong or late, when an order can be cancelled, and how to cancel. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for two years from the date of issue. They can be used towards any purchase on vividdelights.co.uk but are not exchangeable for cash.

Liability

We make every effort to list allergens accurately. If you or the recipient has a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering. We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our liability for a claim connected with an order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Wherever you live in the United Kingdom, you can bring a claim about them in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
