Ordering

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Prices are in GBP inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order via Stripe. Corporate invoicing is available on accounts over £500 by prior agreement.

Delivery

We post within the UK only. Dispatch times and zones are described on the delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for Royal Mail delays outside our control.

Returns and replacements

As food products, our jars cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or not as ordered. If your jar arrives broken or is incorrect, email us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it free of charge.

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for two years from the date of issue. They can be used towards any purchase on vividdelights.co.uk but are not exchangeable for cash.

Liability

We make every effort to list allergens accurately. If you or the recipient has a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
