How long do the sweets last?

Boiled sweets and hard confectionery last 6-12 months sealed. Fudge lasts 4-6 weeks sealed, 2 weeks once opened. Every jar has a best-before date on the underside.

Can I mix sweets in the same jar?

Yes. The Expert customiser lets you pick any combination of sweets by weight. The Quick Pick presets are pre-mixed combinations we have put together.

Do you do bulk discounts for weddings?

Yes. Orders over 50 jars get 10% off. Over 200 get 15%. No hidden minimums.

Can I put my company logo on the label?

Yes. On corporate orders, upload your logo at checkout. See the Corporate page for details.

What if a jar arrives broken?

We pack every jar in a kraft box with bubble wrap. Breakages are rare but happen. Get in touch within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it free of charge.

Are you vegan-friendly?

Many of our boiled sweets and jellies are suitable for vegans. Our fudge and chocolates contain dairy. The Expert customiser has a vegan filter.

Can I collect instead of having it posted?

Yes, if you are in the Brentwood area. Select "Local CM collection" at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Invoicing is available for corporate orders over £500.00.
