How quickly will my order arrive?
We post within 1 working day of your order, Royal Mail Tracked anywhere in the UK. Tracked 48 usually takes 2 to 3 working days. If you need it sooner, choose Tracked 24 at checkout for £7.95. Delivery is £4.50, and free on orders of £40 or more.
How long do the sweets last?
Each sweet keeps to the best-before date its maker sets. If you need a jar to last until a particular date, tell us before you order and we will check the dates on the sweets we use.
Can I mix sweets in the same jar?
Yes. The jar builder lets you pick any combination of our sweets, a portion at a time, until the jar is full.
Do you do bulk discounts for weddings?
Yes. Keepsake jars are £24.95 each from 10, sweet cones £3.70 from 30, and 4-piece fudge favour boxes £5.50 from 25, with further savings at 50, 100 and 200. One label design runs across the whole order, which is where the volume price comes from. See the Favours page at /favours for an indicative total, and we confirm the final price in a written quote.
Can I put my company logo on the label?
Yes, on corporate orders. Send us your logo when you ask for a quote; the Corporate page has the details.
What if something arrives broken?
We pack every order to travel. If anything arrives broken, send us a photo and we will replace it free of charge.
Are you vegan-friendly?
Sweets marked vegan and halal-suitable carry those tags in the jar builder, taken from the makers' own packaging, and a filter there shows only those sweets. Our sweet cones come in a vegan and halal mix too.
Can you cater for allergies?
We pack every order in a kitchen that also handles gelatine and common allergens, so our sweets are not suitable for anyone with a severe allergy. The jar builder shows the ingredients and allergens for each sweet we have checked against its packet. If you are unsure, ask us before ordering.
Can I collect instead of having it posted?
We post everything, anywhere in the UK. For wedding or event favours in Essex, ask us about hand delivery when you send your details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, with Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Invoicing is available for corporate orders over £500.00.
Can I order a gift card?
Yes. See the Gift Cards page. Digital delivery by email, any amount from £10.00 upwards.
