Sealed cellophane cones travel well outdoors, fit in a lanyard, hand out fast. Logo sticker on every cone.

Sweet cart hire
A Victorian cart, dressed and styled by us.

Fudge favour boxes in delegate bags, jars for VIPs.
The 4-piece fudge box is the most popular conference gift. The 970ml jar is reserved for VIP rooms or closing-keynote gifts. Branding included.

Royal Mail Tracked or DPD for off-site delivery. On-site sweet cart setup for Essex events; delivery + setup typically 60-90 minutes before doors.

+ − How fast can you turn around an event order?
Branding-only changes (logo on a standard label template): 5 working days from artwork sign-off. Bespoke layouts: 7-10 working days. The sweet cart needs 2-3 weeks notice for setup and event-day delivery. Last-minute requests are case-by-case, email hello@vividdelights.co.uk first.

Branded sweet jars from £19.95 per jar at 25+. Branded sweet cones from £3.95 per cone at 30+. 4-piece fudge favour boxes from £6.95. Volume tiers at 50, 100 and 200 (5/10/15% off). Logo artwork is free for orders over 50 units. Sweet cart hire pricing is on /sweet-cart-hire.
+ − Can you put our logo on every jar / cone / box?
Yes. Upload your brand mark or send us the SVG / PDF and we lay it out by hand. Jar labels carry your logo top-and-centre or as a watermark; cone stickers carry your logo on a circle sticker; fudge boxes carry your logo on the lid sticker. Digital proof in 24 hours.
+ − Do you do fundraiser-friendly pricing?
Yes. For registered charities, we offer the bulk rate from 10 units (instead of 25) and donate 5% of the order value to the cause. Email us with the charity number and event details for the discount.
+ − Can you ship direct to the venue?
Yes. Royal Mail tracked or DPD for larger volume. Hand delivery and on-site setup for the sweet cart in Essex postcodes. Tell us the venue address, the event date, and the on-site contact at checkout.
+ − Are the sweets vegetarian / vegan / nut-free?
Most of our pick & mix is vegetarian, with a strong vegan range. Most lines are gluten-free. Our fudge kitchen handles nuts; we can run a clean batch for severe allergies on request. For event use we can split runs (half vegan / half non-vegan) if your guest data supports it.
+ − Do you do festival / outdoor-event packaging?
Yes. Sweet cones travel best at festivals, heat-sealed cellophane, no glass to break. For outdoor events we recommend the cone over the jar. The fudge favour box is also outdoor-friendly. The 970ml glass jar is better for indoor or seated events.
+ − Can we open a recurring event-supply account?
Yes. We hold artwork on file, lock in your bulk tier, and you can re-order through a single email with quantities and event dates. Useful for agencies running multi-event seasons or charities with annual fundraisers.
