    Digital proof within 24 hours of confirming the brief. One round of revisions included; further rounds quoted at hourly rate. Artwork locks on your written approval.

  3. Make

    Hand-fill, label, pack

    Five working days for branding-only orders, seven to ten for bespoke. Each unit individually wrapped, padded, boxed.

  4. Ship

    Single address or many

    Royal Mail Tracked or DPD for larger volume. Multi-recipient orders ship in batches with one tracking summary back to you. Hand delivery available for Essex postcodes (CM/RM/SS).

+ Can you put our company logo on the labels?

Yes. Upload your brand mark at order, or send us the SVG / PDF and we lay it out by hand. Full-colour or single-tone, top of the label or as a watermark behind the typography. We send a digital proof within 24 working hours and lock the artwork only on your sign-off.

+ Do you ship direct to clients with personalised messages?

Yes. Send a CSV or spreadsheet of recipient names + delivery addresses + per-recipient gift messages, and we post each jar individually with a hand-written gift card. The dispatch confirmation comes to one buyer email with a single tracking summary; recipients get a sealed Vivid Delights box with no pricing, no paperwork, just your branded jar and your message.

+ What is the minimum corporate order?

Bulk corporate pricing kicks in at 25 units. Below that, the standard consumer rate applies. There is no upper ceiling, we have shipped 1,000-jar orders for fintech Christmas gifts and 50-jar orders for partner thank-yous.

+ Do you do 30-day invoicing for businesses?

Yes for orders over £500.00 net. PO numbers are welcome. Smaller orders pay on order via Stripe (corporate cards welcome). For the first invoiced order we ask for a credit reference; subsequent orders run on file.

+ How much do branded corporate jars cost?

Branded jars start at £19.95 per unit at 25+, with volume tiers at 50, 100 and 200 units (5%, 10%, 15% off). Branded sweet cones start at £3.95. 4-piece fudge gift boxes start at £6.95. Logo artwork is free for orders over 50 units.

+ Can you white-label the dispatch packaging?

On bulk corporate orders (50+ units) we can ship in plain double-walled boxes with no Vivid Delights branding visible from the outside, or co-brand the dispatch sleeve with your logo. The internal packaging stays the same, the kraft favour sleeve and tissue protect the jar in transit.

+ How quickly can a corporate order ship?

Branding-only changes (logo on a standard label template): 5 working days from artwork sign-off. Bespoke layouts: 7-10 working days. Christmas/end-of-year orders: place by mid-November to comfortably hit pre-Christmas dispatch, we run a corporate cut-off date in early December each year and email returning clients in October.

+ Are the sweets vegan / vegetarian / nut-free?

Most of our pick & mix is vegetarian, with a strong vegan range (Bubs, Candycrave, Vidal, Kingsway). For corporate gifts we can build a fully-vegan jar at no extra cost, or split an order into vegan / non-vegan batches at a per-recipient level if your CSV has it. The fudge range is made in a kitchen that handles nuts; we can run a clean batch for severe allergies on request.

+ Do you do conference / event attendee gifts?

Yes. The 4-piece fudge favour box is the most popular conference gift, small enough for a delegate bag, branded lid, two flavours per box. The 970ml jar is more popular as a closing-keynote gift or VIP table favour.

+ Can we open a recurring account for ongoing client gifting?

Yes. We hold artwork on file, lock in your bulk tier, and you can re-order through a single email with a recipient list. The account starts informal, most corporate clients begin with a Christmas order and roll into ongoing through the year.
