Before you start

How long does the designer take?
Most people finish in five to ten minutes. There's no pressure: your progress doesn't save, but if you bail you can start again any time.
Can I see the label before I order?
Yes. Step 3 has a live preview that updates as you type. Step 4 shows the full review with the jar, the sweets, the label, and the ribbon together.
What if I don't want to design from scratch?
We have ready-made presets at the shop. Pick one and personalise just the label, or use it as a starting point and tweak from there.
When does it arrive?
Orders placed by 2pm ship the same day on first-class Royal Mail. UK mainland is typically 1-2 working days. Local CM postcodes get free hand-delivery within 48 hours.
